Adore God

Litany of the Heart of Jesus

The Sacred Heart of Jesus is a timeless symbol of divine love—burning, generous, and overflowing with mercy. The Litany of the Sacred Heart invites us to enter into a deeper union with Christ by contemplating His Heart, the very source of life and grace.

This prayer, approved for public devotion by Pope Leo XIII in 1899, is often recited on First Fridays, the Feast of the Sacred Heart, or during personal prayer time. It is both a hymn of praise and a plea for mercy.

Amen.
